The observers of Egyptian association continued monitoring the first electoral day on the runoff of the second round of parliamentary elections. They observed that the polling stations in most of the governorates opened at 9am and the arrival of the judges on time. And however they observed that there is a slim voting in 10 governorates which are (South Sinai, Qaliubiya, Dakahlia, Gharbia, Damietta, Suez, Menoufia, Ismailia, Port Said and Kafr El-Sheikh), while the voting is varying in the polling stations in 3 governorats (North Sinia, Menoufia and Cairo).

While there is a slim voting in all polling stations.

The observers of the association also spotted a fighting between the representatives of the candidates (S.S) and (A.F) in the polling station no.62, Abou-Hamad constituency, because the representatives of the candidate (S.S) were wearing t-shirts as kind of advertising and this polling station was closed by the army officers.
